All I see in this log is a failure to build easytag-devel because: 

error: mp4.h: No such file or directory

I see nothing about mp4v2 being rebuilt or having a problem doing so.

Also, the log is incomplete. Clean and try again to get a complete log. I'll attach mine (using only the +mp4 variant), which looks the same. Looks like easytag-devel is too old for the version of mp4v2 we have in MacPorts now. Sorry.

    57It appears that mp4v2 1.9.1_2 is already installed but for some reason it tries to rebuild and fails.
