After upgrading postgresql93-server to beta 2 from beta 1, I cannot get the server to start. Thus, I'm getting the following error message:
$ psql -U postgres psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory Is the server running locally and accepting connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
System:
Mac OS X 10.8.4
MacPorts 2.1.3
