The log says:

fatal error: ' X11 .rules' file not found

So this is the well-known imake-is-incompatible-with-clang's-cpp error all other imake-using ports also experience with Xcode 5 and later which uses clang's cpp. See other open tickets about other ports. No solution has yet been proposed, AFAIK.
