Ticket #47276 – Description
initial v2 3 3 For example, when I run a function that uses scipy.integrate.quad(): 4 4 5 {{{ 5 6 In [10]: cosmo.ProjectedLength(0.5) 6 7 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- … … 21 22 42 da = c/(100.0*h)/(1+z)*f0.n() 22 23 AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'integrate' 24 }}} 23 25 24 26 When I try to import one of the packages I also get an error: 25 27 28 {{{ 26 29 In [15]: import scipy.integrate 27 30 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- … … 47 50 550 from . import orthogonal 48 51 551 from .orthogonal import * 49 ImportError: cannot import name specfun 52 ImportError: cannot import name spec fun 53 }}} 50 54 51 55 I looked in the scipy directories and the /integrate/quadrature.pyc and special/orthogonal.pyc and /special/specfun.so exist. I had similar problems that I traced to other .so's, so I thought there was an issue with my compiler, but I thought macports would have detected this. I did not have this problem with older versions of scipy.
