ffmpeg loudnorm filter — at Initial Version

Description
loudnorm filter does not run with with any of macport ffmpeg variants installation. loudnorm initially was part of libeurl128 but since Nov 12,2016 is part of standard ffmpeg. I did compile and installed ffmpeg from source and loudnorm filter works with it but not with ffmpeg installed by macport.
