clamav @0.101.0: missing headers issue breaks libclamav dependents — at Initial Version

Description
This issue causes ports that build against libclamav to fail as clamav.h includes cltypes.h which is not installed. A current example is p5-mail-clamav (log file attached).
The issue is well known to the upstream developers who are working on the issue and promise a 0.101.1 patch release with a fix in the next week or so.
