opencc @1.1.7 conflicts with marisa-trie @0.2.4 — at Initial Version

Description
They both try to install a libmarisa.a
static library:

This conflict should either be marked, or fixed. (I'm on x86_64 Big Sur with Xcode 13) (also I ran into this while trying to upgrade squirrel-ime)
