So the problem is that you have Homebrew's Qt installed and it is conflicting with MacPorts' Qt (possibly due to #64111).
Using multiple package managers at once is not supported; pick one. If you pick MacPorts, then please remove Homebrew, then sudo port clean SDRangel
, then try again.
