RFE: teTeX-3.0 does not install as regular user

Description
When I try to install teTeX as a regular (non-admin) user, I get permission errors. The group of some files is set to wheel. An ugly (but easy) solution is to run chown on all of ${destroot}${prefix}.

The attached patch worked for me.
That is, I had a permission error (didn't keep exact text, sorry), I run MacPorts as a non-admin, and applying the patch allowed the install to complete, and the software works insofar as I've exercised it.

teTeX has been deprecated in favor of texlive.

I'll give the patch a try. Thanks!
