port uninstall should not require user to specify variant

Description

if a port was installed with a variant, then in order to uninstall it, you must also specify the variant. it seems a bit unreasonable to expect a user to remember what variants they originally installed with, so perhaps ports could extract this information from the install receipt. this will be especially important when variant preferences exist and users might not know or ever explicitly see what variants were installed...
