Port: | py27-ipython py27-libxml2 py27-mpi4py py27-pygraphviz py27-scientific |
Description
Please add the following ports:
- py27-ipython
- py27-libxml2
- py27-mpi4py
- py27-pygraphviz
- py27-scientific
I simply converted the py26 versions of the respective port directories. See results attached. Adding these by running "portindex" and installing them worked fine.

Downloading and decompressing works fine for me both ways, Terminal and GUI. Anyway, see the new attachments.
However, these files now come without the containing folders, and some of these rely on patches in the port's respective files subdir. So, the process would be to go to /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/python/, copy the respective ports from their py26 version, and replace the Portfiles.

I added py27-scientific in r73943. Andrew, I left you as the maintainer, since you maintain the py26 version on which this is based. If you don't want it, feel free to disown it, though it would be better to have a single maintainer looking after the entire series.

py27-ipython was handled in #27358.

To the reporter: thank you for these ports. In the future it will be easier if you just submit diffs against the appropriate py26 port.

Ryan - no problem, but I have to fix the py2?-mpi4py ports because they're broken as-is; mpich2 and openmpi are incompatible.
I'm having trouble downloading and uncompressing these files. Can you upload them as plain text?
