Django 1.3 has been released, please can you update py25-django, py26-django, and py27-django ports to the newer version?

I've attached a patch for py26-django, to contain hashes and URL for Django-1.3.tar.gz. I've verified that django-admin runs, creates a project, and that the project runs in the development Web server.
