AbiWord: ssize_t not defined?

Description

When building AbiWord (Cocoa) for Lion, I ran into a problem building it. It seems that ssize_t isn't defined in libole2. Attached is the full build log.

Also of note is that O_NONBLOCK is redefined in ms-ole.c.
