Description

icu4c (icu) has been updated to verison 54.1: ​http://site.icu-project.org/download/54

I my case the following had to be rebuilt: 

     boost @1.56.0 +no_single+no_static+python27
     harfbuzz-icu @0.9.35 
     webkit-gtk @2.4.5 +video
     openldap @2.4.39 
     texlive-bin @2014 +x11

there are likely others.
