#51328 new enhancement
Provide git-svn as a standalone (sub)port

Description
I just noticed that for git +svn
I have to recompile the complete git. It seems that all git-svn does is add one command and a few dependencies.
It might be nice to provide that in a subport rather than asking users to recompile git. (Or at least make +svn
a default variant.)
