Description
I'm using pandoc via R's knittr to make markdown files from R markdown. I'd like to include images from an https link; however I'm getting an error from pandac: "https not supported"
Per this issue, "https support requires that pandoc be compiled against http-conduit. That is, the 'http-conduit' must be set when compiling."
I don't see hs-http-conduit as a Library Dependency for the pandoc port. Perhaps it should be?

This will get fixed in https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/4698, although not in the proposed way. Please re-check once this pull request is merged.
