libgcc7 @7.5.0: cannot upgrade or install libgcc7

I have tried to upgrade libgcc7, as well as uninstall/clean/reinstall. None of the methods work. I am using Mac OS X 10.14.6 Mojave.

I believe this was fixed in [dcefaea1eca247c8ed6e8feb6d982598446c172e/macports-ports]. Please sudo port selfupdate and try again.
