py27-rsa depends on nonexistent port py27-mypy

There has never been a py27-mypy port. The dependency seems to have been accidentally added for the py27-rsa subport in [d7d74a6be00272c34cbd9a0554828a3e77b4584b/macports-ports].

Thanks for the ticket @jmroot. py-mypy is not used for testing py27-rsa in version 4.5 (it's latest tag for the Python 2.7), so I remove it for py27-rsa.

py-rsa: Remove py-mypy from PY27 subport

py-mypy is not used for testing py27-rsa in version 4.5 (it's latest
tag for the Python 2.7).
