Description
After doing a port reclaim, python37 failed rev-upgrade. The relevant error was:
Could not open /opt/local/lib/libuuid.16.dylib: Error opening or reading file (referenced from /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.7/lib/python3.7/lib-dynload/_uuid.cpython-37m-darwin.so)
As in #68182, this is provided by ossp-uuid.
