libomp @18.1.2: package stores include file in strange location: /opt/local/tmp

See log below: The libomp package is writing the file /opt/local/tmp/include/ompx.h This is a highly unusual place and violates the ports-filesystem rules. It may be just a temporary file that is not cleaned up before packaging. Suggest that the package maintainer sorts this out.
