ocaml-biniou @1.2.2 conflicts with bdump @3.5

They both try to install a bdump binary:

I encountered this when attempting to upgrade camlp5.

This generally makes my sudo port upgrade outdated command fail pretty early, btw, since "bdump" and "camlp5" both come pretty early in the alphabet.
