Have you tried running the suggested command? I would also recommend you install the Xcode Command Line Tools again now that we know how to fix them.

Have you tried running the suggested command? I would also recommend you install the Xcode Command Line Tools again now that we know how to fix them.

Running xcodebuild -runFirstLaunch and then attempting to reinstall the port worked! Thank you so much!
