Description

I can no longer update qgis due to qt5-qttools 5.15.15_0 whereas I built without issues first version of qgis 3.38 3 months ago with qt5-qttools 5.15.12_0

Is it possible to use old package qt5-qttools 5.15.12_0 to build the current qgis3 version ?
