Description
Adds H.264 encoding via lib:x264 to mencoder. Shouldn't be committed until Bug #9583 is addressed since configure silently skips current version of x264.

It builds fine, but if you check the output of configure it complains about x264 being too old and disables it, which leads to the confusing result that mplayer+x264 compiles and installs successfully, but h264 encoding doesn't work

I committed the x264 20060625 update too after you pointed out my error.
